Acceptance of terms

By registering, signing in, or otherwise using NexLedger, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at https://www.nexledger.net/privacy. If you use NexLedger on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

NexLedger provides cloud tools for sales, quotations, invoicing, inventory, purchases, expenses, double-entry books, reports, team roles, and related business modules that may be enabled per company.

We continuously improve the product. Features, limits, and plan entitlements may change; material reductions to a paid plan you already purchased will be communicated reasonably in advance when practical.

Accounts & security

You must provide accurate registration details and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your user account and for inviting only trusted teammates with appropriate roles.

Notify us promptly at info@nitbgroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require password resets or temporarily restrict access to protect a workspace.

Subscriptions, billing & credits

Plan prices and included seats are shown on the Pricing page and in-product. Currency and promotional offers (such as registration credit) are described there and in Settings after you sign in.

Where billing is manual, paid periods activate after we review and approve payment proof. Unpaid or expired subscriptions may lose access to paid features; NEW IT BIZ may suspend workspaces for non-payment after reasonable notice when contact details are available.

Account credits reduce amounts owed according to the rules shown at claim time. Credits are generally non-transferable and have no cash value outside the service unless we expressly state otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NexLedger for unlawful activity, fraud, or to store illegal content.
• Attempt to access another company’s workspace, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or disrupt service availability.
• Share login credentials in a way that bypasses seat or role limits, or resell the raw service except through an approved reseller program.
• Upload malware, scrape the service aggressively, or reverse engineer the product beyond what applicable law allows.
• Misrepresent payment proofs or abuse promotional credits.

Data ownership & license

You retain ownership of the business content you submit (invoices, parties, stock, journals, logos, and similar records). You grant NEW IT BIZ a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and support NexLedger.

We own the NexLedger software, branding, and documentation. These terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

Your accounting responsibility

NexLedger is software to help you keep records. You remain responsible for tax filings, statutory compliance, and the correctness of entries your team posts. Always verify critical reports before relying on them for filings or investor decisions.

Availability & support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. In-app Support and email to info@nitbgroup.com are the primary support channels.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances, abusive use, security risk, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; contact us if you need an export before closure.

Provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, liability limits, accrued fees) continue after termination.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reports will be error-free or that the service will meet every specialized regulatory requirement without your own review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEW IT BIZ’s total liability arising from your use of NexLedger is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us for the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing context

NexLedger is operated from Bangladesh by NEW IT BIZ. These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised in good faith with info@nitbgroup.com. If unresolved, courts or forums with proper jurisdiction in Bangladesh may apply, subject to mandatory local rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and business evolve. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions at https://www.nexledger.net/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms when permitted by law.
